Exchange/Return Notes

What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?

Ask the seller to explain any part of the proposal that is unclear. Confirm which party is responsible for each part of the arrangement.

What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?

Compare the actual offer with alternatives instead of focusing solely on the stated saving. Do not assume a code used previously is still valid.

How can I assess an important claim made about a product?

Check whether the claim applies to the selected option. Do not treat an illustration as evidence of an unstated capability.
